We provide FREE 1-4 Day EXPRESS Delivery on All Orders Over R1,000 in South Africa.

 

Delivery Timing

Biltong Boytjies Provides FREE 1-4 Working-Day Nationwide Express Delivery on All Orders Over R1,000; Unfortunately couriers do not deliver on weekends. We reserve the right for delivery timing to change from time to time due to courier partner delays out of our control. 

Gauteng: Same Day or Up to 2-Day Delivery.

Every Other Province: Next Day or Up to 3-Day Delivery.

Outlier Area's: 2-Days or Up to 4-Day Delivery.

Shipping Terms

Biltong Boytjies is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers/couriers after they have been dispatched. Biltong Boytjies cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier/courier for damaged and/or lost shipments. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info provided to us by our customers.

 

Product Returns/Exchange Shipping Terms

The Customer will be charged separately at a rate of:

Gauteng: R100 Per White Biltong Boytjies Box.

Rest Of South Africa: R200 Per White Biltong Boytjies Box.

for each return, exchange or refund shipping cost back to Biltong.

International Shipping Disclaimer

• You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
